Care to Fit Your Specific Needs
Dr. Warde performs an initial detailed analysis and then blends a comprehensive array of techniques, technologies, and therapies, that he has refined over years of practicing and being an athlete, with the intention to provide the best outcomes for patients.
Each patient has a unique history of injury, genetics, and lifestyle that requires different types of treatments and techniques. Dr. Warde customizes patient care based on comfort and specific needs with the goal of an active lifestyle.
The initial appointment includes comprehensive health and injury history, biomechanical, orthopedic, myofascial, functional movement, and neurological assessments to determine the cause of pain, weakness, and instability. The findings tell us what needs support, repair, recovery, strengthening, and biomechanical alignment to reduce pain, restore function and return our patients back to doing what they love, efficiently and effectively.
Class 4 Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is an FDA-approved therapeutic medical treatment that uses focused light to allow doctors to deliver regenerative, non-invasive, pain management through photobiomodulation. Laser therapy has gained popularity for its cost-effectiveness and unparalleled clinical efficacy across a broad range of therapeutic applications.
Soft tissue/Myofascial Manipulation/Therapy
The tissue that connects the muscles, bones, nerves, and blood vessels of the body can become stuck or torn which results in restricted muscle movement, pain, soreness, and adhesions. Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation using Rapid Release Therapy and/or Graston technique effectively treats all soft tissue conditions.
Gentle Instrument-Assisted Manipulation
Instrument Manipulation/Adjustment: The use of instruments permits the ability to maintain the effectiveness of an adjustment while reducing the amount of force that is applied. This allows for the administration of an extremely comfortable, and highly effective adjustment.
Athro Stim: Instead of the traditional thrust by hand, this handheld instrument introduces the precise series of quick taps needed for optimum correction. In fact, 12 taps per second. (Also known as the low beta somatomotor rhythm.) This is so quick, we avoid the all-too-common reaction of tensing up to guard the area being adjusted. Patients appreciate that we can avoid the twisting, turning, or cracking of joints.
Activator: A gentle manipulation treatment using a precise tool that feels like a tapping sensation to treat various types of back and neck pain, as well as extremity complaints. This treatment is an alternative to traditional manipulation.
Manual Manipulation/Adjustment
-Diversified Technique: characterized by a very precise manual thrust. Its objective is to restore proper movement and alignment to the spine. It is a highly useful technique to restore joint dysfunction.
-Extremity: An extremity adjustment is a gentle manipulation that realigns and restores proper movement in joints that are not part of the spine. Any joint can benefit from adjustments, including ribs, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, feet, fingers, toes, and even jaw.
Gentle Equipment-Assisted Manipulation
Thompson Drop Technique: This type of manipulation is considered a form of mobilization or a gentle adjustment approach and involves treatment tables that have sections that drop a short distance during a thrust, with the premise that the dropping of the table piece facilitates the movement of the joint.
Sacro Occipital Technique: A gentle technique that focuses on the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull) to promote the movement of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to the brain and throughout the nervous system.
